TEVOICE is a dubbing and subtitle workstation operated by True English. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and sign-in details.
- Project data: videos you upload, extracted audio, separated voice and background tracks, your recorded takes, transcripts and scripts.
- Usage and abuse-prevention data: studio scene balance, redeemed members codes, and a one-way hash of your network address used only to limit free-scene abuse.
2. 24-hour storage
Uploaded videos, audio tracks, takes and project data are automatically deleted from our private storage 24 hours after upload. Download your exports before then — we cannot recover deleted projects.
3. Processing in your browser
Waveforms, sound shaping, mixing, subtitle burning and video export run locally in your browser. Finished exports are created on your device and are not uploaded to us.
4. Third-party services
- fal.ai separates voices from background sound (studio projects only).
- OpenAI transcribes speech and adapts scripts into the target language.
- Tribute processes memberships and donations. We never see or store card details.
We only send these services what they need for the task. Your voice recordings are never sent to them and are not used to train AI models.
5. Security
Files are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived signed links. Each account can access only its own projects.
6. Your rights
You can delete any project at any time from the home screen. To delete your account or ask about your data, contact us at the address below.
7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
